New Sod

Sod is the fast answer. Where seed needs weeks of watering and protection before it looks like anything, sod is a lawn the afternoon it goes down — which matters if you are selling, hosting, or simply done waiting.

Sod is perishable and has to be installed the day it arrives. We prepare and grade the soil first, water it lightly before laying, and set the rolls tight so the seams knit closed instead of drying open.
